Product description:

Care instructions:
If it gets dirty, we recommend using a brush and a damp cloth. Moisten the affected area a little. Brush the affected area in the lying direction of the pile. Then take the damp cloth and clean the area carefully and with little pressure. Please vacuum the carpet regularly so that the dirt cannot settle in the pile. Please do not use a vacuum cleaner with a "brush attachment" to protect the carpet pile. We recommend beating the carpet regularly to remove even small dirt. You can also air out your carpet several times a year. Lay the rug out in the fresh air for 24-48 hours, away from direct sunlight and rain. Do not wash your rug in the washing machine. Carpets made of polyester, acrylic and polypropylene are not suitable for this.

We only recommend hand cleaning.

Usage notice:
Only use the carpet for the intended living space.
Lay out the carpet in the designated living space.
We also recommend using an anti-slip mat.

Shipping notice:
After receipt of the full invoice amount, your order will be packed and handed over to the logistics service. You will receive your shipment data separately. Please note that the shipment data will only be activated after the incoming scan in the logistics depot. The carpet will be shipped rolled or folded (for oversizes). Please lay out the carpet upon receipt and vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner.
The carpet is shipped wrapped and is therefore protected from dirt and damage.

Return:
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Use the return function for returns. You will receive a return label for the free return. Please pack the goods as you received the goods from us. If you have disposed of the foil, you can alternatively use "plastic bags" or a "blue sack" and pack the goods with them. Carpets larger than 200 cm x 290 cm can be picked up by us. Please contact us, we would be happy to arrange a pick-up date. Please take the return to a parcel shop near you. Returns usually require 3-5 working days. As soon as your return reaches us, it will be checked and a credit will then be issued. The repayment will be made using the same method of payment as we received your payment. Please understand that this process takes 2-3 working days.

General information:
Please note that the lettering or patterns may be woven in reverse. The production takes place on two sides (mirrored).
Complaints: Please check your order for completeness and damage as soon as you receive it. Please contact us immediately if you have reason for complaint.
Please always send us your order number and photos so that your request can be clarified as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.
Larger sizes: Carpets larger than 200 cm x 290 cm will be sent folded. The creases on your carpet will settle down after a few days and do not constitute a reason for complaint.

If there are wrinkles, please proceed as follows:

Please moisten the back of the affected area slightly with a damp cloth.

Also wet the front of the affected area.

Roll up the rug with the pile facing in.

Leave the carpet rolled up for 24 hours (do not set it up!).

Unroll the carpet again after 24 hours of lying time.

Vacuum the carpet completely.
