1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Carpettex UG (limited liability).

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages ​​available for concluding the contract are German and English.

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, there are shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

Payment in advance
If you choose the advance payment method, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can provide your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your authentication as the legitimate cardholder and your card will be charged. If you choose the payment method Direct debit If you have chosen this option, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. If you have chosen the invoice payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and creditworthiness checks and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only make payments to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna AB ( www.klarna.de ), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account and installment purchase as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.

Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). Klarna invoice
When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment deadline of 14 days. 6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
