General information:

Complaint: Please check your order immediately upon receipt for completeness and damage. Please contact us immediately if you have reason to complain.

Please always send us your order number and photos so that your concern can be resolved as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

Oversizes: Carpets larger than 200 cm x 290 cm are shipped folded. The wrinkles on your carpet will disappear after a few days and do not constitute a reason for a complaint.

Care instructions:

If it is dirty, we recommend using a brush and a damp textile cloth.

Moisten the affected area a little. Brush the affected area in the direction the pile lies.

Then take the damp cloth and clean the area carefully and with little pressure.

Please vacuum the carpet regularly to prevent dirt from settling in the pile.

Please do not use a vacuum cleaner with a “brush attachment” as this will protect the carpet pile.

We recommend beating the carpet regularly to remove even small dirt.

You can also air out your carpet several times a year. Lay the carpet out in the fresh air for 24-48 hours, protected from direct sunlight and rain.

Do not wash your carpet in the washing machine. Carpets made of polyester, acrylic and polypropylene are not suitable for this.

We recommend hand cleaning only.

Return:

You can cancel and return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

When returning goods, use the return function. You will receive a return slip for free returns.

Please pack the goods in the same way as you received the goods from us.

If you have disposed of the film, you can alternatively use “plastic bags” or a “blue bag” and use them to pack the goods.

Carpets larger than 200 cm x 290 cm can be picked up by us. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a pickup date.

Please drop off the return at a parcel shop near you.

Returns usually take 3-5 working days. As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked and a credit note will then be issued.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as we received your payment. Please understand that this process takes 2-3 business days.

If there are wrinkles, please proceed as follows:

1. Please lightly moisten the back of the affected area with a damp cloth.

2. Also moisten the front of the affected area

3. Roll the carpet with the pile facing inwards

4. Leave the carpet rolled up for 24 hours (do not set it up!)

5. Roll out the carpet again after lying for 24 hours.

6. Vacuum the carpet completely

Usage notice:

Use the carpet exclusively for the intended living spaces.

Lay out the carpet in the designated living space.

We also recommend using an anti-slip mat.

Shipping note:

After receiving the full invoice amount, your order will be packed and handed over to the logistics service.

You will receive your shipment details separately. Please note that the shipment data will only be activated after the receipt scan in the logistics depot.

The carpet is shipped rolled or folded (for oversizes). After receiving the carpet, please lay it out and vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner.

The carpet is shipped wrapped in foil and is therefore protected from dirt and damage.
